SureShade’s summer promotion on Facebook page shows boaters know how to keep it cool on the water while boating
We know our sunshade systems are one of the best ways boaters can stay cool on the water -and they definitely help boaters maintain their “cool factor” – but we wanted to know what other fun ways boaters keep it cool on the water while boating.
Our “Keep it Cool” Facebook photo contest gave boaters a chance to show how they maintain their cool factor and enhance their boating experiences. With dozens of fun and unique photo submittals and hundreds of LIKE votes cast, the photo contest proved that boaters know how to relax, have fun and keep it cool.
Participants who “liked” the Hassle-Free Boating Facebook page (now just SureShade) were invited to post a photo showing how they keep their cool on the water while boating. The photo that received the most “likes” from visitors to the Hassle-Free Boating Facebook page won the contest.

The “Keep it Cool on a Beach” photo was just one of many photos submitted by Facebook visitors that demonstrated that boaters are some of the coolest people around. From water skiing with dogs to kids jumping off of swim platforms, photos represented some of the best ways to keep cool on a boat (along with a retractable sunshade system of course) in some of the most beautiful waters across North America.
