Record nine boat models showcase SureShade sunshade systems at the 2012 Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show, all featuring factory installations [PHOTOS]
As one of the biggest and most anticipated boating event of the year, manufacturers for nine leading boat models chose to showcase their boats at the 2012 Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show October 25-29 with a SureShade sunshade system.
Setting a record for the most boats to feature SureShade at a single event, all nine boat models were factory installations. Boat models ranged from center consoles to cruisers and megayachts. Boat brands included Boston Whaler, Grady-White, Cruisers Yachts, Sea Ray, Grand Banks, Delta Powerboats and Cheoy Lee.
Despite the backdrop of clouds from Hurricane Sandy passing by the state of Florida, all nine boat models were shining stars at the Fort Lauderdale Boat Show, with several featured as all-new models publicly debuting at the event.

Boston Whaler
With three models offering a factory-install shade option, Boston Whaler displayed their 370 Outrage with a SureShade automated shade and the 285 and 315 Conquests with a SureShade manual shade.

Offered as a fully-integrated factory-install option, the Delta 54 IPS was showcased in Fort Lauderdale with a SureShade automated shade by Scandinavian boat builder Delta Powerboats.

The Cheoy Lee Alpha 76 Express was showcased at the Fort Lauderdale Boat Show by Cheoy Lee Shipyards with SureShade as their new factory-install sunshade option.
