The 2019 Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show featured over 165 boats with SureShade as a factory option… and we added 21 new boat models to our OEM boat model portfolio!
From all the new SureShade-equipped boat debuting to other new milestones in our OEM client portfolio, here are a few exciting highlights for SureShade at FLIBS 2019.
21 New Boats Factory-Equipped with SureShade
Boat builders debuted 21 new boat models with SureShade at the 2019 Fort Lauderdale Boat Show – taking our factory-install tally to well over 165 boat models equipped with SureShade.
With boats ranging from 31 to 68 feet in size, new boat models with SureShade covered everything from sport boats and center consoles to mega yachts.

6 New Boat Brands
We welcomed 6 new boat brands to our OEM portfolio of nearly 70 boat brands carrying SureShade.
New boat brands include:
7 New Boat Models from International OEMs
Demonstrating that SureShade truly is a global brand, 7 of the new boat model debuts at FLIBS 2019 were from international boat builders.
Three of the international builders were current OEM clients – Absolute Yachts, Galeon Yachts and Pardo Yachts – while Fjord Boats, Nimbus Boats, Riviera Boats and ZAR Formenti debuted new boats with SureShade for the first time.
3 New Flybridge Yachts with SureShade
A big trend we are seeing in new boat designs is extending shade on a flybridge – particularly on big luxury yachts. Without the restriction of support poles, SureShade extends views on flybridge boats while offering boaters improved sun protection and comfort.
SureShade debuted on 3 flybridge yachts at FLIBS 2019 – Absolute Yachts Navetta 68, Galeon 680 Fly and Riviera 66 Belize Daybridge.
