SureShade sunshades are featured on Luhrs and Silverton boats on the Caribbean island of Curacao
Boaters all around the world are enjoying the comfort of more shade on their boats as they discover the convenience of SureShade sunshade systems.
Recently, we took a trip to the tiny Caribbean island of Curacao to check in with one of our favorite Caribbean boat dealers and welcome a new one to the SureShade family.
President Yachts of the Caribbean, dealer for Silverton and Luhrs, has been a SureShade dealer for the past year and has installed multiple automated sunshade systems for customers in the Caribbean. Caribbean Nautical is the dealer for Boston Whaler, Sea Ray, Hatteras, Cabo and other Brunswick brands and we just completed our first shade for them – a manual sunshade for a 2011 Boston Whaler 285CQ.
We very excited about growing our relationship with both dealers and expanding our presence throughout the Caribbean. During our visit, we had the pleasure of experiencing the shady side of boating in Curacao.
Automated Sunshades on Luhrs and Silverton Boats in Curacao
Curacao is home to blue waters, vibrant Caribbean architecture, diving and fishing destinations and one of the largest boat dealers in the Caribbean – President Yachts of the Caribbean. While in Curacao we met with Gert Rusch, president of President Yachts of the Caribbean to check out some recent SureShade installations on Luhrs and Silverton boats.

In fact, President Yachts of the Caribbean not only sells and installs SureShade sunshades on boats in the Caribbean, but their president Gert Rusch also chose to install an automated sunshade system by SureShade on his personal Silverton 45 Convertible.
Gert and his crew were kind enough to take us out for a cruise and treat us to some boating fun in the sun – and shade – in Curacao.
