Brand-New Freedom 335 Launch with SureShade Automated Sunshade System as Factory-Installed Option; Grady-White to Debut 335 Boat Model at 2012 Miami International Boat Show
MIAMI, FL – February 16, 2012 – SureShade, the designer and manufacturer of retractable sunshade systems for the marine industry, announces Grady-White’s selection of the SureShade automated sunshade system as a factory-install option on the brand-new Freedom 335. Grady-White unveils the new outboard dual console with the SureShade canvas top at the 2012 Miami International Boat Show in Miami, FL.
The new Freedom 335 features the SureShade automated sunshade option, a patented power-driven telescoping sunshade system that conveniently extends canvas over the cockpit at the touch of a button. Built as the largest outboard powered dual console boat, the Freedom 335 boosts special design features like an open “cockpit social area” for boaters to cruise or fish in comfort and style. The addition of the SureShade automated sunshade option for the cockpit – featuring self-supported framework design along with convenient canvas extension and retraction functionality – enhances the Freedom 335 promise to deliver a comfortable, stylish and versatile open cruiser fishing boat.
The sunshade system is installed on the hardtop of the boat during the manufacturing process at the Grady-White production factory and is available as a value-add option with new Freedom 335 boat purchases. While several Grady-White boat models have previously been equipped with aftermarket installations of SureShade sunshade systems, the Freedom 335 is their first boat model to offer SureShade as a sales option available directly from the Grady-White manufacturing facility.
